Come to think of it, this month has been busy. We held our annual Brekkie at The 'Park fly-in early in the month, with the perfect weather bringing in 54 visiting aircraft, our largest yet.

The month of May also saw Chris jump in the deep end and purchase 'Charlie' Along with her car and motorcycle, Charlie is also is red - well, sorta red, anyway....

Meanwhile, progress is still being made on The Project, and it is fair to say, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope to have the engine mount fabricated by mid-June, and that is the last of the major design and fabricate rivers to be crossed. Everything else is pretty straight forward, though I have still to come up with a paint scheme I am happy with.

Chris and I flew across to the coast and onto Nth Stradbroke Island for the clubs monthly breakfast. Great flight over and smooth as silk.
