Most Sundays, we ride to one of the ever expanding list of breakfast destinations on the bikes. Last Sunday we had an invite from Ray & Dianne up on the Darling Downs to fly over and have a BBQ brekkie with them. A typically beautiful morning saw 4 aircraft depart the Airpark at 0700 bound for Raysfield, approx. 22 nm (40 km) to the South. The strip is located alongside their home and amongst the sunflower and sorgum crops, and it is always a pleasure to, literally, drop in.
