Catching up with old friends at Mordialloc (The Bridge Cafe') was a lovely highlight of the weekend (22nd & 23rd April) for us.
Those present, Phil Boug, Sharon Maeder, Cath & Chris, Marty and I.
As usual, the time passes way to quickly, and being reminded that the last time I had seen these guys was some 18 months earlier.......now that's scary!!
Anyway, we all told our stories to bring each other current with the day.
Ours being the 'big move' to Qld, Phil re-thinking his move to Wedderburn and selling the bus (finally!!), Shaz and her new exciting life of crime and Cath with her new man Chris, whom we all agree is absolutely lovely. Don't let him get away Cath!!
Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming emotion of seeing everyone again, completely forgot to take a pic to post, so as Shaz pointed out, 'you don't need to have pic's'...... here it is.
The rest of the weekend was packing, packing, packing, 50 boxes thus far and another 50 to collect today........and that's on top of the 30 or so we had already packed up from the sale of Marty's house which have lived undisturbed in our garage ever since.
Still no bites on the house unfortunately, but still five weeks to go. Anything can happen, it only takes an offer and everything changes. I have started putting good vibes out into the universe and hopefully it will bring the result we want.....A SALE!!
